In the current climate of evolving healthcare it is more important than ever to review services provided at practice level and explore opportunities to enhance and develop local services. With the introduction of large private organisations into local healthcare unfortunately many local practices do not have the resource or manpower to compete on a level playing field with the 'Goliaths' of healthcare. With no involvement in the delivery of a service, Sainsbury's have provided a room instore and left the development, delivery and ownership of the Heaton Park Surgery with PriMed Services.
